Pat and Nick are true professionals - responsive, reliable, very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. They clearly explained everything they were doing when adjusting my 21 year-old Italian tankless water heater (including explaining how it works). I used Cronin to repair some work from a previous plumber who became unresponsive after their recent work began spraying water all over. Cronin was very responsive and repaired the issue the next day. I also chose to replace my tankless hot water heater/boiler and the team was very knowledgable and professional. They treat your home as if it were theirs. After each job they thoroughly cleaned the area and ensured any materials were properly disposed of.

The five stars are well deserved! From start to finish, great communication (I talked to Nick), fair pricing and top-notch execution. I needed a new faucet installed and a kitchen drain replaced. Joe and Asiv (I'm sorry if I'm misspelling the name) were very professional and respectful of our apartment. My baby had also just fallen asleep when they arrived and she never woke up when they were doing the work :) I really appreciated the detailed estimate/quote, shoe covers(!!!) and being able to schedule the project via e-mail. I wholeheartedly recommend this business!

Pat, Josh, Nick and team are excellent to work with. This was our second time using them, and they’ve done emergency water heater replacement as well as regular appointments for RO system & recirculating pump installation and with great professionalism. They even went a step beyond a helped me plumb in my espresso machine that didn’t use US standard fittings.
